Junior Greenkeeper - FULL TIME

Forest Hill Golf & Conference Centre has an excellent opportunity for a qualified Greenkeeper to join our established team. Forest Hill Golf & Conference Centre has major plans of expansion with a big objective to improve the general look and feel of our well established parkland course.

This role would suit an enthusiastic individual, with a keen eye for detail, looking for the opportunity to learn new skills and be part of an experienced team in a enjoyable working environment.

Salary: Based on Experience & Qualifications

The successful candidate will require:

  • The ability to drive utility vehicles
  • Bunker raking / maintaining
  • Maintain around the club house 
  • Flexible approach to work, working hours and weekend duties.


Position Details:

  • Full time - 40 hour week
  • 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Use of the course and facilities
  • Training and qualifications as required
  • Regulatory Pension Scheme

  • Previous golf course experience
  • A minimum of NVQ level 2 or equivalent
  • NPTC Pesticide Pa1, Pa2 and Pa6 (but not essential)
  • Chainsaw licence CS30, CS31 (but not essential)
  • Flexible approach to work, working hours and weekend duties.
